We are a group of individuals committed to creating a bottoms up approach to salary transparency. We want to motivate groups and employees to share their salaries and create salary transparency share. Too much information is compartmentalized and inaccessible.
For the early stage of this project we will use google sheets but will develop more functions as we move forward.

Cynthia started Wager because she saw firsthand how the lack of salary information created unnecessary information barriers and anxiety in the workplace for both women and men. Professionals and executives kept asking the same question, “Who can I ask about salaries?” She is a graduate of Georgetown University and the Harvard Kennedy School of Government.
