Free. 

 

Previous generations were taught never to talk about money. Now we are raised to share it all. There is an abundance of general information. But now some of us are asking for information that matters. 

 

As we debate the merits of transparency over taboo, there are groups of individuals and industries that have no idea of their market worth. 

 

There is a need for a better flow of information. Salary data can no longer be compartmentalized.
